To be healthy
Everybody wants to be healthy,but people always make some mistakes.
Men like smoking and women often eat nothing in the morning.Children want to have hamburgers and fried chicken everyday.It is too unhealthy.
We should eat fresh vegetables and fruits.We also need to drink a lot of pure water and do some exercises every week.Everyone need to go to bed on time.
If we don't have health,we have nothing!
