    我爸爸是一个瘾君子。他在家的时候，房间里就会充满烟味。我和妈妈就成为被动吸烟者。我知道吸烟有害健康。所以我决定帮助爸爸戒烟，我制定了一个渐进戒烟计划。到现在，这个计划还很有效。

     My father is a chain-smoker. When he is at home, there is always much smoke in the room. Mother and I become second-hand smokers. I know that smoking can do harm to health. So I decide to help father give up smoking. I make a plan for him to stop smoking gradually. Till now, the
plan works well.
