　　Love is a lamp In the picture , an oil lamp gives out bright flame against the dark background .The oil lamp here is symbol of love . Just as is said in the picture , love is a lamp ;The darker the background is ,the brighter it looks . It is true that the harder the situation is ,the more valuable love is. Lots of examples might be easily given . For example , when someone is starving to death, just a little food and water may save his or her life .When a little girl in a poor area drops out of school , just a small sum of money from you may support her to finish school and change her life. 　　“I saw the whole thing through the window when I was outside the classroom, ”she said. “But I didn't scold you. I knew you would come to tell me the truth because I believe you are an honest girl.”

　　I dropped my head without saying a word.

　　“I'm happy that you have come,” she continued. “You haven't made me disappointed.”

　　The stars in the sky were twinkling. Some were crowded, and others were separate. Then I found that the stars were not the same colour. They were white, grey, light blue and orange. It was really beautiful. At that time, the sky was like blue damask decorated by millions of bright dimonds.

　　Looking up at the sky, I saw the moon. It was like a naughty child, sometimes it hid in the clouds and sometimes it got out of the clouds. It seemed to play hide and seek with us. The stars around the moon, however, were as shy as girls, and hid themselves in the clouds.
