We can reuse water, too. For example, we can reuse the water to water the flowers or trees. At last, try to use the cloth shopping bags instead of plastic bags when we go shopping. 　　Pressure comes from all around: from the heavy load of learning, from the fierce competition, from teachers, and from parents. Pressure may affect our studies if there’s too much of it. However, if taken positively, a certain amount of pressure may help push us ahead.

　　Whenever I find there’s too much pressure, I choose to work out or listen to some light music, which seems to be quite effective. There are many approaches to getting oneself relieved when pressure accumulates. I strongly recommend that when you feel much too stressed, you stop whatever you are doing, get out into the open, take a deep breath, and start thinking of something positive.

　　Recently many places in China were blanketed with thick fog. The Air Quality Index in most parts reached 500.Everything around disappeared from our sight. Some highways were closed. More traffic jams and accidents happened .People had to wear masks .What’s worse, many people found it difficult to breathe.

　　The heavy hazy weather in China has been caused by many factors. First, the severely polluted environment contributed a lot to this nightmare. Second, the increase of cars in the city area plays an important role. The cars send off a lot of poisonous gases.
