It didnt immediately occur to me that it was you because the man driving looked so elderly and fragile behind the wheel of that huge car. It was rather like a slap in the face delivered from out of nowhere. Perhaps I saw your age for the first time that day. Or maybe I saw my own.

　　我的爸爸今年三十八岁了，高高的个子，黝黑的皮肤，粗长的眉毛下长着一双严厉的眼睛，圆圆的脸蛋像个“汉堡包”，唇边和腮边长着密密的胡子，有事没事总喜欢扎我。

　　My father is thirty-eight years old, tall, dark skin, long thick eyebrows with a pair of long hard eyes, round face like a "hamburger", and the length of the thick lips and cheeks beard, something always tie my love.

　　爸爸有个坏习惯，就是喜欢吸烟。吸烟时一根接着一根，嘴巴里吸着，鼻子里喷着，两个鼻孔就像两根烟筒。但是，只要被我妈妈看见，他就连忙丢掉烟头，不吸了。

　　爸爸还有个好习惯呢!他一有时间，就会在厨房里忙得不亦乐乎。只见他右手拿铲子，左手持大勺，双手配合得恰到好处，一会儿加料，一会儿颠勺，锅里在菜在他的操纵下上下翻飞。很快，就为我们做上了一桌丰盛的美味大餐，我可喜欢吃了。
