英语老师姓李，今年51岁，个字不高，穿着朴素。这次见着李老师是到乡镇视导的工作之余。上学期视导时，得知李老师在小学支教，我们聊了一会儿。
这次又到了这个学校，做完手头的工作，就急急地打听李老师是否还在这个学校，校领导说还在，我便小跑着去了李老师的办公室。推开办公室的门，李老师正戴着老花镜看桌上摊开的英语教材。见我进来，李老师激动的迎上来拉住了我的手。落座后，我们开始了回忆。
李老师教我们英语时，尚未婚配，也许是个头不高的缘故，走路特精神，一跳一跳的。李老师和我们学生真的是朋友关系，我们几个女生周末经常找李老师玩，初三成立尖子班后，我和密友马咏梅争着给李老师当英语课代表，尽管我当时也是语文课代表，还兼着班长。咏梅的成绩很是优秀，在这之前也是李老师的课代表。李老师看我们这么热情，干脆让我们俩同时当英语课代表。
李老师结婚后，爱人在外地工作，平时比较寂寞，我们几个女生经常到老师家陪老师说话，晚上还在那睡过觉。
初一时，我的英语成绩总不能考出高分，老是在90分之上95分之下，就去问李老师怎么办，李老师把她的教学参考书拿给我看，我如梦初醒班，但还是没有提高多少。
我们的英语基础很牢固，虽然只有三年的英语学习时间。23年过去了，很多单词和句型结构至今记忆犹新。
很难忘怀的，是业务精良，态度和蔼，待人真诚的老师，无论何时回想起来，学生们都感到很是幸福。
